Finance Office Administrative Assistant (Solana Beach)compensation: $24.00 per hour to start during trial period

We are a privately-owned equipment leasing company that specializes in providing financing to businesses. We work out of a small space in Solana Beach, CA just off of Highway 101. Office is open concept to foster a collaborative work environment.
Seeking a candidate that has a strong work ethic and can assist with office tasks where the need arises. Examples of tasks you should be able to perform on a day-to-day basis include:
- Phone reception
- Update documents, spreadsheets
- File management/Organization – both on computer and physical files
- Email management/Organization
- Task Management
- Additional office management type tasks
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude
- Full-time
- 8:00a – 5:00p (hour lunch) Monday through Friday
- Salary will be adjusted after 3 month trial period
- Individual profit-sharing bonuses at year-end based on performance
- Medical and Dental Insurance
- 10 paid holidays and a weeks’ PTO
- Every other Friday off and your birthday off (once on salary)
