Our client is looking to hire a Filing Clerk in the city of Pico Rivera, CA. This is temporary position opportunity for our client; roughly 3 weeks only.
Job Description:
- Developing and maintaining databases
- Labeling and updating paper files
- Putting files, digital or paper, into their proper locations
- Gathering and organizing files and documents for coworkers’ use, such as for reports
- Maintaining supply inventories
- Troubleshooting computers, printers, fax machines, scanners, shredders and other office equipment
- Calling for maintenance and repairs of various office equipment as needed
- Answering phone calls and emails regarding documentation organization
- Photocopying and sending faxes
- Sorting, delivering, picking up and sending mail
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pico Rivera, CA 90660: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
