Description/Comment:
Essential Functions
● Organize files and paperwork based on company retention schedule
● Be onsite in the San Francisco Office to physically review stored contents
● Sort or classify material based on provided guidelines
● Document progress/notes on a spreadsheet
● Use computers, scanner/copiers, and other office equipment as well as office systems - GoogleSuite, MS Office, Workday, etc.-as assigned
● Maintain confidentiality of all Splunk information
● Any other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities
● Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
● Must physically report onsite to the San Francisco Office (adhere to COVID-19 requirements as appropriate)
● Should be highly organized and well versed in various types of filing systems and methodologies.
● Should also be comfortable working with computers and computer storage systems.
● Work and successfully complete tasks with minimal supervision.
● Prior experience in an office environment, a plus.
