As a mobile Video Gaming Field Service Technician, the employee would be required to come into our Rolling Meadows office daily, and then work on a designated route throughout the day. The company will provide a vehicle for transportation and reimbursements for travel expenses (tolls and fuel). The Technician candidate must be eligible for licensure with the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB).

Expectations and Duties:

• Maintain, and repair Hyperactive Gaming products (Video Game Terminals and Redemption Terminals)
• Collect and fill Video Gaming devices and Redemption Terminals at licensed HyperActive Gaming establishments
• Diagnose faulty electronic hardware and resolve the issues found, including replacing internal components, screens, upgrading hardware and software, and performing repairs.
• Wipe user data, install and configure operating system software, update/upgrade software when necessary.
• Provide technical support on-site or via phone with internal team members (technical) and end-users (non-technical).
• Possess a working knowledge of widely used operating systems and computer peripherals.
• Document work orders with efficiency, adhering to organization and department guidelines.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology, including awareness of system recovery programs.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
• Able to work select weekends on a rotating schedule (there is additional compensation for on-call weekends)
• Must possess strong technical knowledge
• Route driving experience preferred
• Must be eligible to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
