Monday - Friday and will have to work rotating weekends.

Description:

Our corporation is the worldwide leading manufacturer of power work holding for the machine tool industry. Chucks and rotating cylinders are used extensively in the vehicle energy, and off road construction and agriculture industries as well as many other turning and milling operations in general manufacturing. This is a great position offering a competitive salary, company supplied transportation, and a full benefits package including medical, paid vacation, 401K.

• Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: installation of work holding products, addressing service issues associated with work holding products, repairing and troubleshooting equipment, and traveling to customer sites nationwide including Mexico and Canada.

When leaving to perform field service, you will be paid hourly the second you walk out the front door and until service is finished.

• Installation of chuck and cylinder packages on all OEM manufacturing machines.
• 3 plus years work experience in hydraulics, electrical PLC interfacing ladders on Lathe and Milling manufacturing machines.
• Experienced in reading electrical diagrams, hydraulic schematics and versed in trouble shooting and install techniques.
• Understanding of work holding products such as chucks and hydraulic cylinders is a plus.
• Flexible travel schedule within the USA, Canada

> Computer proficient with Windows based operating systems.

• Strong basic machine shop knowledge is a must.
• Accurately complete installations and paperwork associated with each installation or service.

6. INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICE CALLS

A. You are to report to the customer's site no later than 7:30 AM or earlier if customer requires an earlier start time due to shift changes or completion due dates.

B. Company issued uniform is to be worn at all times. Old stained shirts are not acceptable.

C. You are required to work an eight-hour day unless additional hours are requested by the customer in written form or called into Joe.

D. If additional parts are needed for installation from the local hardware store, these parts are to be purchased in the morning or 1 time during the day. You are responsible to inform the customer if you have to leave during the day, and explain why you are leaving. You are to document on your service report the total time you are out of the customers building.

E. Installs of all AXN packages are to be completed on the second day of an install. (Two- 8 hour days of labor). The jaw runoff is to be complete on the.third day (ifrequired)

F. Installs of any standard product (for example: power chucks, cylinders, air chucks) are to be completed in (One- day of labor)
