Compex Legal Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Administrator. The Field Administrator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of client orders, for managing the flow of mail, shipments, and correspondence for the office. Regular duties will include constant contact with clients and custodians and data entry.

This position will help us with:

• Providing support to clients by handling client inquires, assist with orders, communicates progress, updates on pending requests, problems, delays, and or issues.
• Checking data for accuracy, clients orders are correctly entered, custodial contacts are update, confirm location(s).
• Providing interdepartmental assistance as needed.

What you should have:

• Read, speak and understand English; High School Diploma some college preferred
• 2 years of prior customer service experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to handle challenging client interactions and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
