Opportunity can be remote- ISN is seeking a project manager to be the alternate for the program manager. The alternate project manager shall be designated to act in the absence of the Program Manager. The project manager will be responsible for the complex tasks and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), Government Technical Representative (GTR) and Government Technical Monitor (GTM), government management personnel and customer agency representatives in relation to the FHA HECM program. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific tasks ensuring that the projects and schedules is implemented in a timely manner.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified Project Management Professional (PgMP) and be in good standing with the Project Management Institute (PMI). Technical knowledge of: FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) regulations, Provision of business services to the Federal Government (i.e., Software as a Service/Information as a Service) and Demonstrated skill in leading multifunctional teams; supporting senior project managers in meeting contract requirements on schedule and within budget; managing medium to large scale government projects: providing guidance and direction to subordinate employees; assigning tasks to technical and professional staff; and ensuring completion of projects and subprojects.

Experience:

Experience in project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or Sub-contracts of various types and complexity. At least five years of Project Management experience that includes three years of professional experience in an information technology, information management, business or related field.

Education:

Bachelors Degree. Masters preferred
