Job description
Under the direction of the Dean, Associate Dean, and Assistant Dean of the School of Business, administer and manage the daily operations associated with online programs as assigned.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

1. Perform clerical and administrative duties associated with daily program operations.

2. Provide administrative support to Deans, Department Chairs, Program Directors, and Administrative Leadership.

3. Arrange meetings, travel, and program events and reconcile program expenses back to budget.

4. Research, compile data and statistics, and prepare operational reports for marketing, programmatic accreditation, and program administration.

5. Transcribe Meetings for Program and University Records.

6. Assist the Assessment Coordinator.

7. Purchasing and management of supplies, greeting students and visitors, answering telephone inquiries, and manage secure program filings.

8. Assist with scheduling of assignments.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Credentials, and Competencies

Minimal Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or three (3) to five (5) of experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient Skills in Computer Applications, specifically Microsoft Office products.
  • Prior experience with Academic Technologies.
  • Professional Typing Skills.
  • Well Organized and able to Self-manage.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) plus years of Administrative Support Experience.
  • Proficient/Advanced Skills in Computer Applications specifically Microsoft Office and Academic Technologies.
  • Professional Typing Skills.
  • Highly Organized and able to Self-manage.
