Fresh Baguette is looking for a Facility Cleaner Supervisor for its Rockville production center (804 Hungerford Dr, Rockville, MD 20850). The Facility Cleaner Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining a clean, safe, sanitized facility. This role is key in ensuring that the food produced in a clean and sanitized environment, and managing the team when the manager is not on site.

Responsibilities

• Trains and manages the sanitation team
• Ensure that production areas are cleaned and disinfected, following the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
• Provides cleaning services by completing tasks such as cleaning the floor, the walk-in coolers, emptying trash cans, removing debris, wiping down/dusting dock doors and various equipment, dishwashing, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and performing basic equipment repairs
• Work with management and other team members in the goal of instilling customer confidence in our facilities
• Maintain daily cleaning and sanitizing checklists
• Inform management of any supplies needed or items that are running low
• Comply with the training requests to stay up to date

• Prior industrial cleaning experience required (This does not include housekeeping or commercial cleaning.)
• A fast learner

• Attentive to detail
• Proficient in executing tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Be able to work in a standing position for 8+ hour shift
• Able to follow given procedure
• Ability to adhere to company safety and food safety guidelines
• Flexibility to work AM and PM shifts
