Job description

The Facilities Maintenance Role is responsible for maintenance and service of company equipment such as Electric Pallet Jack, Stand-up forklifts, scissor lifts, etc. Perform various of task that require full range of motion such as standing, reaching, lifting up to 75 pounds. This role is responsible for diagnosing/repairing all machinery on site as well as general maintenance to company equipment

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Maintenance position will be assigned duties based on organizational needs and priorities.

· Repair motors and electrical components in machinery

· Diagnose equipment issues and repair issues/replacement parts when needed

· Able to lift 75lbs

· Able to repair minor electrical issues

· Able to repair minor plumbing issues

· Able to properly operate small power tool/handheld tools

· Inspect and change parts on machinery as needed (steering, roll casters, tires, cables, wheel axels, batteries etc)

· Maintain proper reporting/documentation

· Order parts for machinery

· General Building maintenance skills such as changing light bulbs, replacing curtains, fix racks in coolers/freezers, replace drop ceilings, small concrete repairs in parking lots/warehouse etc)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
