Key Responsibilities:
Support day to day maintenance operations of the unit
Operate the Quality Management system and the Work Order Process in Maximo and SMS
- Interviewing and hiring new employee
Mentoring our frontline hourly staff into our next generation of salaried managers
- Effectively manage resources to assure students are comfortable in the environment
Anticipate the needs of the facilities and operate Facilities without interruption
Successful at managing high-profile professional relationships
- Custodial and grounds maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Delegate responsibilities and provide effective follow-up
- Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail plus the ability to provide and compose monthly written performance reports
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with frontline employees, university personnel, and outside services
