Job description
**Must be 18 years or older ** CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license preferred but not required **
Essential Functions include but not limited to the following:
- Maintains Yacht Club Pool, Country Club Pool, Country Club Kid’s Pool and Country Club Hot Tub.
- Maintains all pumps, motors, pool deck and furniture.
- Keep Daily Logs of Chemical Readings and actions.
- Order chemicals using Purchase Order system.
- Stores and stocks chemicals.
- Basic assistance with building maintenance.
- Painting: applies and prepares various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain; repairs wall coverings.
- Removes broken glass, putty or plastic; replaces windows and door hardware; replaces or arranges for replacement of glass for windows, doors, and light fixtures.
