Randstad is looking for an experienced Fabrication Manager! This is a great opportunity with a great company. Looking for an experienced supervisor with 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing supervisor. This position requires a two or four-year degree, or equivalent supervisory or management experience. 1st shift opening Pay is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for properly and effectively coordinating the production workforce. Ensures all products, and parts are produced efficiently, safely and with high quality to meet delivery standards.
Develops and trains individuals and teams to ensure resources are available to produce products and parts required, on time, at low cost, and with high quality.
Provides coaching, guidance, development and day to day support to production
Set up and fabricate a wide variety of components using various welding processes, primarily FCAW and GMAW.
Use oxygen-acetylene, oxygen-natural gas, plasma arc and carbon-arc equipment to heat, straighten, trim and bevel ferrous and non-ferrous material.
Read drawings and routings to determine method, sequence of operation, position, tolerances and welding specifications, to include proper filler materials, fluxes and weld machine settings.
