Employment Solutions is actively looking for an Export Coordinator with experience in Air and Ocean to work in the Medley, FL area. Our client is an international transportation and logistics company which provides warehousing, e-commerce, logistics and transportation solutions to their clients.

The Export Coordinator will need to have experience in both Air and Ocean Exporting and will need to coordinate shipments from A - Z!

Duties:

• Ability to coordinate all assigned shipments (air and ocean) from origin (USA).
• Knowledge in filing AES and rates prior to sailing. Send pre-alert customers and agents after cargo sailing.
• Excellent communication skills to follow-up with customers, transportation companies, and agents to confirm shipment status, processes, and documentation needed is completed in a timely matter.
• Experience in processing invoices into the system and researching vendor statements and handling discrepancies.
• Guarantee that all documentation is correct and all industry, federal, and international regulations are followed.
• Prepare reports as requested.
• Communication with co-workers, management, warehouse, customers of any issues and come to a resolution.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 - 5 years experience in Exporting / Air and Ocean
• Bilingual English/Spanish (read, write, and speak)
• Strong knowledge in Air and Ocean Export documentation, regulations, and processes.
• Detail oriented, organized, multi-tasker, exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Magaya software, a plus!

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay: $50K to $55K per year, based on experience
