Calling all dog lovers! Petbar Boutique is an upscale pet grooming salon seeking a superstar Dog Groomer to join our paw-some team. As our Master of Doggy Glam, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch grooming services to our four-legged clients while keeping their owners wagging their tails with satisfaction.

We offer industry-leading commission, a brand new (and clean) facility with top of the line equipment, and a fur-tastic work environment. Top groomers at other Petbar locations are making over $150k a year!

All our groomers have their own private grooming studio, our front desk staff handles all appointment scheduling plus intake and check out of clients, so you can focus on your pups. We provide shampoo, supplies and towels. You provide your own grooming equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel your inner dog whisperer to deliver the ultimate grooming experience, from bathing to styling, to meet our high standards of excellence
• Make sure all your grooming tools are pristine and ready to rock 'n' roll
• Roll out the red carpet for our clients and provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and showering pups with love
• Keep our salon looking as fresh as a new tennis ball, by maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Create detailed notes of each pup's grooming history, preferences, and needs
• Use your sharp eye to spot any health issues and report them to the client
• Unleash your thirst for knowledge and keep up-to-date on the latest grooming techniques and trends
• Bring your wag-worthy personality to work and keep a positive and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a professional dog groomer
• Must be a team player and able to work independently
• Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to connect with all types of dog parents
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have a sharp attention to detail
• Must be comfortable grooming all breeds, even those that may be a little ruff around the edges
• Can you groom cats? Because we love cats too! (huge plus but not required)
