We are looking for a highly motivated Trainer that has a passion for health and fitness and a desire to inspire others. In addition, we provide our Trainers with guaranteed pay and commission/bonus opportunities! Responsibilities:

• Training Sessions - Responsible for conducting high-quality personal training and team training sessions.
• Client Engagement/Involvement – Facilitate client success tracking and uphold client attendance.
• Service Excellence – Provide ongoing support and accountability for clients.
• Knowledge – Possess the skill and ability to conduct safe and effective exercises for a wide variety of participants.
• Facility Excellence – Assist with maintaining club standards.

Qualifications:

• Nationally Accredited Certification OR become certified within 90 days of employment

Requirements:

• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
• Strong communication skills
• Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great attitude
• Must be coachable
• Must be able to instruct others on training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Career-minded attitude
