We are looking for a talented, compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Physican Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. Our practice provides excellent quality care to patients of all ages and we're looking for a skilled professional who is excited about maintaining an active role in patient health. The right candidate will be well versed in the latest family healthcare technology and procedures, and will have excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients who do not need surgery or major procedures.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Consult on the management of conditions that do not require specialist treatment.
• Diagnose patients using medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Manage a caseload of patients through treatment, follow-up, and support.
• Advise patients on healthcare issues and refer them to specialists when needed.
• Write prescriptions to manage the conditions of the patient as prescribed by a licensed pharmacist.
