Hendricks Therapy, a growing, multi-site, private mental health practice has immediate openings in Lafayette, IN.

Hendricks Therapy has been providing behavioral healthcare in central Indiana for over 20 years. Joining Hendricks Therapy means being part of a close-knit, collaborative team, where providers work together to offer the highest quality of care for our patients.

We are looking for licensed therapists who are passionate about their work and the therapeutic relationship. Candidates must be friendly and professional, care about their co-workers, and be comfortable navigating an EHR system as well as providing tele-therapy sessions.

We manage your billing, scheduling, and general office needs for you and use the latest EHR, practice management, and billing software — tailored to mental health.

We are looking for full time applicants but are open to part-time arrangements! Applicants must be a Masters-level licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) with at least 3 years of experience.

• Part-time arrangements negotiable
• We offer two different pay models for our employees based off of salary or production
