Diesel Technician (5+ Years Experience)

We are expanding and need to add another experienced diesel technician professional to our team.

We are seeking a well-rounded, experienced, Class III Diesel Technician to grow our team and assist us in supplying our loyal customer base with their repair needs.

Requirements Responsibilities:

5+ Years experience major repair on Class 8 Trucks

High School diploma or equivalent

Computer literate and strong comprehension skills

Class A CDL and good driving record

Class 7 PA State Inspection License

Technician supplied tools (ERM supplies specialty tools and equipment)

Thorough understanding of all heavy truck/trailer systems

Strong Mechanical Aptitude

Strong Electrical Trouble Shooting Skills

Engine and Chassis software skills (Cummins, Caterpillar, Paccar)

Diesel Engine trouble shooting, repair, and overhaul experience (Cummins and Caterpillar)

Transmission, clutch, and differential trouble shooting, repair, and overhaul experience

All other truck/trailer system troubleshooting and repair

We have a strong management and parts staff to assist technicians with their needs

We have a well-equipped fabrication department to perform all types of custom fabrication

We perform all types of repairs from general maintenance to major repairs on all systems of class 8 truck and trailers. We have a department that performs all types of custom accessory installations and modifications along with performing partial too complete unit refurbish and or restorations on truck/tractors.

Our team at ERM loves trucks and we are looking for individuals with the same enthusiasm for cool trucks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
