We are looking to add an Executive Recruiter to our team who will leverage a proactive approach to recruiting and help drive a robust talent acquisition agenda.

What You'll Do:

• Create a strategic plan to source, and engage the future leaders of the company.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to effectively assess bar-raising talent.
• Track, analyze, and share pipeline activity updates with key stakeholders.
• Competitive intelligence, market mapping and research.

What You'll Need:

• 6+ years of corporate and/or agency Executive Recruiting or Executive Sourcing experience.
• Previous executive search experience required (Director and above).
• Experience with direct sourcing strategies including referral generation, online social networking, resume database mining and search engine sourcing to actively build candidate pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases, and sourcing tools.
