THE ROLE
Now hiring an experienced Executive Chef for the Embassy Suites Hotel! Use your experience and knowledge of the culinary industry trends to help us create and present an exceptional experience for our guests!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
- Oversee the culinary operations for all food and beverage departments.
- Direct the operations of the kitchens, including food prep, food quality, execution.
- Supervise cleanliness and organization of all culinary departments.
- Meet cost control goals through food ordering, inventory and P&L review.
- Own team leadership, training, and development
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a culinary leadership role or related position. Hotel experience preferred.
- Communicate to both, guests and fellow associates, professionally and positively.
