The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting our client. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. No previous construction experience is required. This is a great role for someone looking to break into the industry. This will give you hands-on experience in managing projects and help you build a network of contacts within the organization who can support your career growth.

General responsibilities include:

    • Scheduling and calendar management: Managing the executive's schedule, arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Communication management: Managing the executive's email inbox, screening and responding to phone calls, and preparing correspondence.
    • Administrative support: Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports and presentations.
    • Relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with staff, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Project coordination: Supporting the executive in coordinating and managing projects, including organizing meetings and preparing project documentation.
    • Financial management: Managing the executive's expenses, preparing and processing invoices, and assisting with budget planning.
    • Travel coordination: Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
    • Event planning: Planning and coordinating events, such as conferences and business meetings.
    • Information management: Managing confidential and sensitive information, including maintaining electronic and hard copy files.
    • Team support: Providing support to other members of the executive's team, as needed.
    • Transition to Project Manager role: Demonstrating capability and leadership in project coordination and taking on additional responsibilities to prepare for a transition to a Project Manager role.

    • Strong ability to communicate-verbally and written-clearly, concisely, and logically.
    • Proven track record on speaking up when you encounter any potential roadblocks.
