SUMMARY

Provide an entertaining and efficient gaming environment for guests. Deal cards at the gaming table with precise counts and payouts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

· Provides prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing.

· Maintains inspection of decks, ensuring the security of the game at all times.

· Exchanges guest currency for gaming chips.

· Ensures the safety of all chips and currency entrusted.

· Assists guests in playing and ensures adherence to established rules, policies, and procedures.

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 6 months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Able to maintain a close working relationship with co-workers and management.

· Able to provide a high standard of guest service.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.

· Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment with constant exposure to smoke and loud noise. Requires minimal physical exertion during the performance of majority of the duties. Most work is performed while standing or sitting with occasional need to walk, recline, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and handle. Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs.
