Essential Functions and Duties :

• Lead the Growler Team with a mentorship approach
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through knowledge and familiarity of craft beer, cider and kombucha (training provided)
• Identify promotional opportunities
• Oversee the planning and execution of events
• Develop and execute social media marketing and campaigns
• Develop strong vendor and networking relationships
• Maintain operational standards to ensure optimal inventory levels, create promotions and increase revenue
• Communicate in a professional manner
• Ability to make recommendations on customer feedback in a helpful and friendly way
• Offer solutions quickly and efficiently
