Candidate is responsible for accurate /efficient takeoffs, job cost development and bid tracking. Experience using Sage 100 (Masterbuilder) software is a plus.
- Ability to review and estimate costs on prospect jobs
- Prepares and maintain status of plan reproduction
- High accuracy and attention detail
- Ability to breakdown landscape, civil drawings, specifications, addendum & bulletins
- Clear communication with both clients and internal staff
- Shows creativity and resourcefulness to gain better pricing from subcontractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and On Screen Takeoff Software
