Our estimators are detail-oriented, organized, practical, trust-worthy, with construction industry knowledge. As a member of our estimating team, you will work directly with the President and Project Management Team, creating and submitting Estimates for complex commercial and residential construction projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate cost estimates.
- Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects.
- Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all projects.
- Ensure timely completion of estimates.
- Understand scopes of work to bid.
- Manage bid pricing from all vendors.
- Prepare cost analysis.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors, subcontracts, and owners.
Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in construction estimating.
- Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
- Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Impeccable problem solving.
- Very organized and detail-oriented.
Software Used:
Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 100 Contractor, Procore, MiTek, Dropbox, Microsoft Project, Adobe, and various other products as needed. Experience in these programs is preferred, but not all are required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
