Our estimators are detail-oriented, organized, practical, trust-worthy, with construction industry knowledge. As a member of our estimating team, you will work directly with the President and Project Management Team, creating and submitting Estimates for complex commercial and residential construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate cost estimates.
• Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects.
• Prepare estimates and purchase orders in detail for all projects.
• Ensure timely completion of estimates.
• Understand scopes of work to bid.
• Manage bid pricing from all vendors.
• Prepare cost analysis.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors, subcontracts, and owners.

Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in construction estimating.
• Able to read architectural plans and develop cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, & Excel.
• Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Impeccable problem solving.
• Very organized and detail-oriented.

Software Used:

Microsoft Office Suite, Sage 100 Contractor, Procore, MiTek, Dropbox, Microsoft Project, Adobe, and various other products as needed. Experience in these programs is preferred, but not all are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
