• Become the guardian of escape room games, guiding guests through 1-hour adventures; explaining rules, answering queries, offering clues, and unraveling puzzles.
• Swiftly reset games to welcome the next wave of thrill-seekers.
• Transform into a phone call champion, providing info on bookings, rooms, and pricing.
• Create memorable experiences through exceptional guest interactions.
• Occasionally conquer the art of sitting for extended periods.

Your Tools for Success:

• Master the use of apps for scheduling, payroll, and group communication.
• Exhibit computer prowess to book rooms and process credit card payments.
• Fluency in English to charm and communicate with our guests.
• Confidence in addressing groups of 2+ and engaging in delightful small talk.
• Demonstrate a knack for light cleaning duties, including vacuuming, window cleaning, sweeping, and wiping down locks.

• Flexibility to work 4-8 hour shifts, including weekends (8-20 hours/week)
