Job Summary: Provides primary support for the ERP application, related programs, and reporting methodologies used at AppTec Functions as part of the Data and ERP team in support of the SAP Business One (B1) application in its current capacity as well as integrated and add-on products such as but not limited to WMS, Computec, and Boyum Assist with new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users Additionally, the role may provide support and analysis for other applications that integrate with SAP B1, such as STARLIMS, CRM, and Microsoft SQL reporting services, or for custom applications.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide all levels of technical support, analysis, and troubleshooting for SAP B1 ERP/WMS/MRP and Business Applications integrating with SAP B1 such as STARLIMS, Microsoft CRM, and third-party tools connected to SAP HANA databases
• Assist with data-related activities such as creating/updating queries, Crystal Reports, providing analysis of data, and importing data using tools such as Data Transfer Workbench in conjunction with SAP B1
• Learn and understand existing systems and business processes as they align with the functionality of SAP B1 ERP/WMS/MRP software
• Work closely with the ERP Systems Manager and SAP Business Analysts on system enhancement requests
• Review and verify deliverables with appropriate business and technology stakeholders
• Work with the BA team for Functional testing activities
• Works on routine assignments per written procedures, where the ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
• Normally receives minimal instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments
• May be required to work Holidays and weekends
• Contributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals
• Perform job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi Advanced Therapies Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
• Thorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Other duties as assigned
• May be required to assist in other departments

Job Requirements:
Experience / Education:

• 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• 5 years of experience supporting major business applications with a primary focus on SAP Business One support
• Previous experience implementing and/or supporting large-scale ERP/WMS/MRP systems
• Experience with various SQL platforms
• Troubleshooting and Facilitation skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment and independently as required
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Experience with Crystal Reporting is preferred
• Experience with UDF is preferred
• Proficient in Oral Written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a Lab setting with Biohazards / various Chemicals
• Must be able to work in an office environment with minimal noise conditions
• Must be able to work in an environment with variable noise levels
• Clarity of Vision
• Ability to identify and distinguish colors
