Job Summary
The ERP Analyst/Programmer supports the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications, currently Infor. This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain application suites in Infor. This position is responsible for design, development, and maintenance of code and interfaces to support business processes as well as troubleshooting and assisting in the investigation and resolution of job failures/problems. Works effectively and cooperatively within the workplace. Location/Department specific tasks and competencies may apply. Salary Range: $35.59/hr to $53.39/hr DOE Skagit Regional Health offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 457b/401a (retirement), long term disability, and paid time off to all employees holding an FTE of 20 or more hours per week. Eligible employees also receive sick time pay.
Essential Functions
Provides IT support for vendor and custom applications, including resolving highly complex issues, and assists with data security, redundancy, and support in collaboration with other Information Services staff. Works closely with operational counterparts to ensure efficient and proper functionality of the system. Demonstrate strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills necessary to program, design, develop, install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain application software for assigned systems. Provide support on basic features of application software. Ensures API’s, web services and services accounts are active and flowing. Provide consistent, predictable monitoring of assigned systems and job processes. Install, maintain, and utilize a variety of automated tools and procedures to ensure high availability of assigned systems, rapid correction of minor problems and avoidance of major problems. Identify and manage advanced technical problems and issues inside and outside of configuration expertise with assigned production systems and software. Utilize standard and ad-hoc procedures to perform first, second and third-level problem resolution for system and job processing problems. This position is responsible for testing in accordance with Infor best practices on regular application upgrades. Use designated software and other appropriate tools to track and report problem status and escalate to technical support, vendors and management on a timely basis. Monitor assigned queues within designated software to assure timely service to customers within given service level metrics. Demonstrate strong customer service, communication and human relationship skills when dealing with customers, internal co-workers and vendors. Identify and manage intermediate level problems and issues with assigned systems. Utilize standard and ad-hoc procedures to perform problem resolution for system. Use appropriate tools to track and report problem status and escalate in a timely manner. Produce and maintain technical documentation on the assigned systems. Maintain ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office (Outlook) and department specific software applications to perform work. Communicate effectively and cooperatively in the workplace. Actively contribute to the achievement of Quality Improvement and Lean Process Improvement activities. Complete all mandatory learning requirements in a timely manner. Attend and actively participate in all department, team and/or committee meetings. Comply with all Skagit Regional Health, department and location specific policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or designee.
Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience of 5 years.
Experience/Training
Experience working with ERP CloudSuite preferred. Solid understanding of ERP Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Resources module functions preferred.
License/Certification
None required.
Other Qualifications
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability in all aspects of telephony and network installation and support in a large user environment. Knowledge of systems management, analysis skills, computer systems, testing, and training. Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems integration, TCP/IP, switches, routers, and network protocols/topologies. Ability to communicate technically both verbally and in writing and to work positively in a team environment and encourage/train other team members on process and functionality.
