Maxim Healthcare Services is in search of competent and caringindividuals to work one-on-one with children with Autistic Disorder (AD),Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified (PDDNOS), Asperger’sDisorder (AS) and Childhood Disintegrative Disorder (CDD). We have families inPierce, Thurston, and Kitsap County who are looking for an ABA Therapist towork in-home with kids ranging from 2 years old to 20 years old, four to fivedays a week, three to six hours a day.

Behavioral Technicians will implement the Behavior Plan(BP) designed and maintained by a Program Supervisor and gather quantifiabledata necessary for the Program Supervisor to evaluate the effectiveness of theBP in achieving identified goals and objectives.

Not certified? We will pay for all your certificationand training necessary to get started!

Responsibilities:

Follow the instructions ofthe BCBA/program supervisor

Provide behaviorassistance/interventions to assigned clients

Provide behavior supportservices

Provide crisis intervention

Implement behavior plans

Document session perpolicies and procedures

Perform other duties asassigned/necessary

Qualifications:

High School diploma orequivalent required

Current CPR certification

Current PPD or Chest X-Ray(as applicable per state and/or client requirement

Ability to effectivelyelicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, butnot limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communicationskills; proficiency in the English language may be required

Must be at least 18 yearsof age

Must live in the generalarea, not a remote position
