Talento Search Group has an opening for an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician in McHenry, Illinois. The pay range is about $21-23 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production machines and plant facilities and for the proper preventive maintenance of the plant and production equipment assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete PM’s in a timely manner and per equipment manufacturer’s instructions
• Plan and implement corrective action with management direction
• Maintain building and grounds regularly
• Assist in purchase of maintenance supplies and equipment parts as required
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations

Experience Needed:

• Associates degree/certificate in Industrial Maintenance and/or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance
• Experience troubleshooting 24V DC and 120-480V AC
• Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
• Pneumatics and electrical troubleshooting experience
