Job description

Talento Search Group has an opening for an Entry Level Account Manager in Schaumburg, Illinois. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $50,000-55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the client service manager in day to day activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Sales contract administration
• Process and maintain customer orders
• Create bill of lading and transportation of goods
• Manage assigned accounts for contracts, credit lines, and pricing
• Build relationships with the decision-makers at client sites
• Input sample requests and process sample orders
• Analyze monthly freight cost and compile freight reports
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes

Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to travel about 50% of the time by plane and rental car
• Time management, planning skills, and the ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• ERP experience is preferred
