Entree Line Server Responsibilities - $15.00 per hour

• WEEKENDS ARE A MUST
• MUST BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6:00AM & 3:00PM

BCI at Grady Hospital is looking to fill the role of an entree line server. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities for line server

• Friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to address guest concerns
• Observe and test food smelling, and taking temperature to assure it is cooked
• Prepares workstation along tray line / POD
• Breaks down and restocks all workstations when meal service is complete
• Sweep and mop tray line area and hallway
• Ensure serving is properly set and ready for service
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Ensure all dishes, silverware, and serving utensils are clean and sanitized for service
• Adjust thermostat controls to regulate temperature of serving lines and and all other serving equipment
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area that meet or exceed the state and local Health Board inspection and other requirements
• Cleans assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
• Performs varied tasks necessary for the upkeep of restaurants and grounds
• Maintaining and supporting all staff
• You will be responsible for investigating and resolving problems on the line under supervison
• Planning and undertaking changes and challenges to customer service methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• Atlanta, GA 30303: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
