Enterprise Strategy Manager

The Enterprise Strategy Manager Role is responsible for leading efforts to design, analyze, develop, and implement strategy to achieve enterprise business objectives. This role will lead multiple cross-functional teams through a structured strategy development process with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilites for this role include:

• Drives the process to develop and maintain the overall business Strategy for VCI
• Lead meetings for the purpose of reviewing the implementation accomplishments and or shortfalls with each business unit of functional unit and reporting the results of these meetings to company leadership.
• Build organizational engagement
• Build and communicate processes that support standard practices
• Resolve issues arising from non-compliance with established policies and procedures
• Define accountabilities in a manner that introduces checks and balances between IT and the business units
• Any other responsibilities which relate to the execution of the company strategic initiatives.

• 10 years of cross functional experience required
• 3-5 years’ experience with a clear understanding of the “Captive” financial services business
• Must have experience working with Strategic concepts and business strategy implementation.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
• Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written
• Computer savvy – skilled in the use of software
• Integration – joining people, processes or systems
• Influencing and negotiation skills
• Problem solving talents and expertise are foundational to this position and its importance to the organization

• Time management – establishment, implementation and the successful execution of strategic plan
