Supporting highly technical and customized engineering solutions, the Engineering Project Manager will oversee scope, schedule, and budget of highly complex engineered projects that help PAR deliver premier custom automation solutions. From robotic pick/place and palletization to medical device production systems, the work you do will ensure the wellbeing of our clients and customers around the world.

Qualifications:

• US Citizen
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other technical area preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in an engineering or project manager role, preferably in a project based engineering organization.
• Knowledge of how large scale engineering projects are scheduled and executed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office tools, with experience in MS Project preferred.
• Well-developed communication skills and the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with teams.
• Able to travel up to 20% of the time

With oversight of project execution, you'll use strong credibility in the world of engineering to lead a diverse team of engineers (design, manufacturing, software, and more) to coordinate and maximize team utilization. Our projects are often custom, so being able to incorporate your technical experience, along with historical data from disparate sources is mission critical.

Our customers expect quality, and so do we. As the primary customer contact, your skills in communication, negotiation, and problem resolution will turn frowns upside down and make red into black. Navigating contract compliance, change orders, and delivery, the work you do will bring new opportunities for growth at a global scale.

Lastly, you will be integral to continuous improvement of our processes and execution. Your ability to apply learnings into our organization will help us improve overall project execution, proposal accuracy of future projects, and enhance productivity on subsequent projects of a similar nature.
