The Quality Assurance Engineer is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and someone who wishes to provide outclass products/services to customers.
Our customers and dealers depend on our products, and this role can provide assurance to our customers that whenever they need it, the Kubota machine will be ready to take them on a productive journey.

What will you do?

• Continues improvement to take product quality to the next level
• Sense of agility for problem resolution to elevate the customer’s and dealer’s confidence
• Built-in quality focus to create the ultimate bond with the Kubota machine with the first ride.
• Use the power of team work to convert the impossible to possible with robust solutions.
• Empower the team by sharing knowledge of the latest challenges and success stories
• Use the skills/knowledge to make the right decisions in order to eliminate future failure risk
• Use a 360degree point of view to accurately define customer’s and dealer’s challenges
• Provide your expertise for the special/urgent issues faced by the service organization

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related experience. Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing engineering degree is preferred.
• Relies on independent decision-making and problem solving to complete job tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; hands-on technical aptitude and experience.
• Prior exposure and knowledge of the problem identification and problem-solving process.
• Proven record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use common machine tools, measurement gauges (Digital Multi-meter, power supply, flow meters), and diagnostic software.
• Ability to comprehend electrical and hydraulic diagrams and CAD drawings.
• Proficient with MS Office program (Excel, PowerPoint, Word.)
