This role will be part of the team supporting the Tax Service Line. We are open to this position being in any of our following offices : Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, OH; St. Clair Shores, MI. Certified Public Accountants
Our Engagement Operations team is seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as an Engagement Operations Specialist. This role will be part of the team supporting the Tax Service Line. We are open to this position being in any of our following offices : Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown, OH; St. Clair Shores, MI.
Responsibilities will vary throughout the year based on business cycles but include:
- Processing electronic engagement letters and correspondence using DocuSign
- Electronic collating/processing of tax returns using Adobe Acrobat
- Electronic document management and tracking Agreements
- Prepare Power of Attorney forms
- Assist with Engagement Letter Preparation
- Client account setups for My1040 (electronic 1040 client source document portal)
- SurePrep binder creation & finalizations
- Handling a variety of one-off and recurring requests which may not be listed here
- 2 – 3 years of previous experience in a business operations role
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills; Computer Savvy
- Strong attention to detail; Organized
- Growth and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent people and communication skills with a team player attitude
- Overtime may be required during peak times of the year, including some evenings and Saturdays
