We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about the solar sales industry and possess a strong drive to cultivate their sales expertise. In this role, you will engage in meaningful discussions with homeowners, effectively conveying the numerous benefits of solar energy, coordinating appointments, and assessing homeowners' eligibility. Through our comprehensive training program, you will acquire the essential knowledge and skills to successfully negotiate and close sales, leading to uncapped earning potential. In this role you will start out lead generating: by approaching homes to market and promote the benefits of switching to solar, setting appointments for the homeowners to learn more, and qualifying them for a solar system. Then, throughout the training process you will learn how to finalize and close sales to move forward into a closing role.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation is required.
  • It is necessary to have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Candidates with customer service experience are preferred.
  • Extroverted disposition, comfortable with conversing with others.
  • Eager to acquire knowledge about the realm of solar energy.
  • Having the capability to complete tasks without close oversight while still achieving sales objectives.
