Residential Services, Inc.(RSI) is hiring an employment coach for our customized employment program in Duluth, MN. This is a part-time position (25-30 hours per week) with potential to grow into a full-time position. No prior experience is required to get started in this exciting and rewarding field!
The wage for this position is $16.00-$17.00 per hour. Benefits include:

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age (21 to work in Pre-ETS programs)
- Must maintain valid driver’s license with no restrictions, access to a vehicle in good operating condition, and proof of vehicle insurance
- Passionate about improving the lives of others
- Must provide documentation of full COVID-19 vaccination or undergo weekly COVID testing
What Employment Coaches do
- Guide people with disabilities in learning to complete job tasks and acquire job skills.
- Monitor individual work performance and provide feedback and support when needed.
- Transport people to and from their residence, job site, and other community activities.
- Help people build and strengthen interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain workplace relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the person and their support team to implement individual employment plans.
