Crimson Global Academy is one of our newest ventures, starting in 2019, it is NZ's first online high school and has been just been ranked #3 best online high school in the United States. We are looking for a sales superstar to take our early-stage start-up global!
Working closely with the CGA global admissions team, this role will be focused on achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes in the US.
This is a full-time remote position, based in the United States.
What success looks like for this role?
Sales
- Conducting admission meetings and academic assessments in a professional manner and that aligns with the CGA brand and culture
- Proactively develop a brand in the US market as an expert in online high school space and engage in business development opportunities to generate and nurture leads
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships
- Contacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson’s product offering
- Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at webinars, careers expos and seminars/webinars
- Continuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledge
Sales Administration
- Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimson’s Client Relations Management (CRM) system
- Submitting sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for management
- Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts
- Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes
- Producing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
You just might be the person we are looking for if you have:
- At least two years’ experience in sales roles with strong track record
- Previous experience in the education industry particularly in admissions support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the US, UK, and/or EU university admission standards and application process
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Willingness to be coached and eager to learn more
