We are always interested in interviewing Lead Teacher candidates for our 6 age-graded programs. Our 11 classrooms serve families with infants who are as young as 6 weeks old to children who are in Pre-Kindergarten. Lead Teachers are responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, orderly, respectful, and nurturing learning environment that follows the child. Lead Teachers must develop and implement lesson plans, be able to direct and work well with an Assistant Teacher and Flex Resources assigned to the classroom.

An associates degree in ECE or a related field is the minimum level of education and experience working with young children are required.

As a full-time employee you will be paid a very competitive hourly rate plus overtime when you work more than 40 hours in a week.
