ABOUT KID LOGIC LEARNING:

Kid Logic Learning is a high quality early care and education program with two sites in S. Burlington that prides itself on our dedication to our mission of honoring children, families, and educators. As educators on our team, you would have the amazing opportunity to care for each child’s unique set of needs by identifying their temperaments and creating a loving environment that honors each child and their development. Working collaboratively with other colleagues, together you will provide enriching and nurturing learning experiences for these young children as you build strong and positive relationships with them and their families. Using Emergent Curriculum strategies and inspirations of Reggio Emilia practices, your observations of children’s play will guide you as you create and implement an ever-evolving curriculum that are guided by the interests and discoveries of children to expand their learning.

-LEAD INFANT EDUCATOR:

-LEAD OLDER TODDLER EDUCATOR:

The big picture: Building off of the foundation of their younger toddler learning experiences and supporting their development into preschool and into knowing themselves as whole, unique, and important individuals.

-LEAD PRESCHOOL EDUCATOR:

The Big Picture: Providing a play-based early education while successfully meeting the learning objectives of these preschool-aged children. Using Emergent theory practices, you will get the opportunity to honor them for who they are by connecting the curriculum and environment to their interests and learning styles providing an optimal and engaging learning experience.

-PRE-K CO-EDUCATOR:

The Big Picture: Working in a teaching team to prepare a group of children who are gearing up to go to Kindergarten through play-based, intentional, and engaging learning opportunities. In this classroom, you would be supporting a group of children by providing learning experiences that extend their current knowledge through STEAM activities, intentional challenges, and in-depth lessons. These children are ready for intentional play-based learning!

-SUPPORT FLOAT EDUCATOR:

The Big Picture: Being the glue of the team by supporting and covering in all classrooms throughout the program. The ideal candidate is flexible, task oriented, loves taking on a new challenge each day! This person would cover planning times, lunch breaks, and sub into classrooms to cover teacher absences and vacations.
