E-commerce Customer Service Representative Description:

Kelsan is currently searching for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our Knoxville team. E-commerce Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior experience supporting all internal and external business partners by acting as an initial and ongoing contact point for customers, staff, and external agencies inquiries
• One to three years related experience and/or training
• Ability to provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
• Excellent time and money management skills including following order from beginning to end of sale
• E-Commerce experience preferred
• Excellent team work ability has you will be working with Sales and Finance teams to ensure customer service and resolve disputes
• Some flexibity to work remotely but the position is on-site more than 50% of the time.
