Ee:some is an online wholesale clothing brand for contemporary and casual women's wear. We have been in the manufacturing and wholesale industry for over 20 years, as we decided to branch off to ee:some.

We are seeking detail-oriented customer service individuals to assist us with our online clients. Reps will make sure orders are packed and shipped on a timely manner in this fast-paced environment.

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

Hours for this position: 8AM - 4:30PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and invoicing customer orders daily through our ERP (system)
  • Ability to communicate to customers through phone and email professionally
  • Solving customer issues/ questions in a professional manner
  • Communicate with customer service team/ manager that need to be addressed
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Skills:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Knowledge of Fashiongo, Lashowroom a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Los Angeles, CA 90007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
