Interior Concepts is a drywall contractor conducting work from St Lucie County down to Miami-Dade County. We are looking for a working superintendent for commercial projects in Palm Beach County. Must be able to read and understand blue prints!!! Must have working experience coordinating all facets of construction projects. Truck recommended but not required! Need position filled ASAP!!

Must have drywall experience!!!!

• Read and understand blue prints
• Manage multiple jobs simultaneously
• Manage manpower on a daily basis
• Manage budgets throughout different stages of the job, submit proper paperwork to office
• Keep job site clean of all debris on a daily basis
• Work and communicate with assigned superintendent to ensure scope of work
• Ensuring work is completed according to contract
• Provide overall on-site leadership and management on job site
• Supervise subcontractors and manager activities to ensure integrity of job site and project scheduling
• Maintain level of excellence to company standards

****Pay negotiable dependent upon experience!!****
