Lapels Dry Cleaning - Concord MA is looking for a self motivated individual to Manage and Lead our store!

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years retail management experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
- Basic computer skills
- Understand the importance of Customer Service
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Self-driven and Disciplined to maintain the store to be in peak order
- Ability to maneuver 30lbs regularly and occasionally more up to 75lbs
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, using ladders and step stool to stock and remove customer merchandise.
- Ability to operate a POS system (Conduct customer transactions, detail items to inventory, output system reports, and produce driver related delivery manifests. Training will be provided.)
- Ability to collaborate with ad-hoc tasks for marketing planning and operational strategies
Responsibilities:
- As a Store Manager, your core area of responsibilities will be: Sales and Profit -achieving store targets through driving sales related activities
- Customer service: delivering top level customer service and provide engaging interaction with clients. Great communication is expected to assist customer or escalate the solution through proper channels. Meticulous attention to detail is expected to ensure quality is spot-on.
- Store operations: maintaining and keeping the store running smoothly, plan and strategize with sister locations and delivery drivers to properly fulfill orders. Ability to adapt and receive training necessary to meet market demands.
- Team leadership: Communicate effectively with the team and clients, record issues, keep accurate records, recruit, train, manage and provide directions and development to ensure your team are informed and achieving results.
