FRSTeam is actively seeking a full-time Warehouse / Laundry Associate and a Driver to work in our facility near White Marsh/Rosedale.

FRSTeam (pronounced First Team) is a fourth-generation, family-owned firm that cleans clothing, textile and electronics items.

FRSTeam cleans, stores and returns clothing, textiles and electronics items for homeowners after they are affected by fire, smoke or water, such as broken water pipes or a kitchen fire. FRSTeam works with mitigation, restoration and construction companies, along with insurance companies, throughout all of Maryland and Washington, D.C.

The Warehouse/Laundry Associate will perform a number of functions in our commercial laundry and warehouse facility. Duties include, but not limited to:

• Loading and unloading commercial clothes washers and dryers.
• Hanging, folding and/or boxing clothing and other textile items.
• Moving inventory from one location to another within warehouse.
• Sorting and creating inventory of items as they arrive and are prepared for delivery from our facility.
• Cleaning items by hand using a variety of textile cleaning tools.
• Keeping an organized workspace and assisting other departments within the facility as needed.

Physical activity will be required during the workday.

Job description

FRSTeam is seeking a full-time Driver/Job Coordinator to drive a large van to various Maryland locations to pack-out and/or pick-up jobs involving textiles, clothing and electronics.

The Driver/Job Coordinator will start each day at our main facility in Rosedale, and proceed to various locations throughout Maryland and the Baltimore area.
Driver/Job Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading clothing, textiles and/or electronics at one of our Rosedale facilities.
• Driving a large van to one or several homes or construction offices in Maryland or Washington, D.C. (A regular driver's license is required. CDL is NOT required.)
• Gathering clothing, textiles and/or electronics items from homes where a fire or water damage has occurred. This means picking up items and bags that contain a large amount of clothes, or rolling up carpets, etc., or household electronics items, all to be loaded into vans. Items are loaded in vans to be transported back to our facility. **Carrying items up or down stairs is often required.
• Delivery of cleaned items back to the home where the damage originally occurred.
• Utilize hand-held electronic tablets to input job progress into our software system, and using the devices to call and maintain contact with production manager in Rosedale.
• The Driver/Production Coordinator will be the face of FRSTeam with the homeowner. The employee will explain to the homeowner the procedure we are doing in the home, along with providing literature, etc., to the homeowner.
• Depending on the size of the job, more than one FRSTeam Production Coordinator might be present for pack-out or delivery of items.
• Other duties either on the road or in our facility that might be associated with the business as needed.

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

FRSTeam is located along MTA Bus Route 56 (Downtown-White Marsh) with two nearby bus stops.
