Drive Thru Team Member
1. Provides ReMarkable Service
- Ability to effectively take orders and help answer questions throughout a transaction
- Ensures accuracy of orders including proper food and condiments
- Provides a professional and friendly guest interaction; including the use of CORE 4 and the language of hospitality
- Communicates effectively with the kitchen and to the customer about wait times and when to park cars
2. Maintains and provides an Excellent Environment
- Ensures all safety measures are followed including; iPOS safety vest, panic button and umbrella/poncho use during rain
- Upholds an efficient and safe drive thru experience for all guests by ensuring all cars are moved forward to prevent gaps in the drive thru line
- Ensures all pavement in the drive thru and landscape beds are kept free of debris
- Ensures marketing signage, ordering board, and Ipos equipment is clean and working properly
- Updates Reader Board as needed with current marketing message
- Ensures Patio Area is clean including tables, chairs, pavement, trash and landscape beds
3. Exhibits Proficient Understanding of Marketing Strategies, Chick-fil-A Brand &
Product Knowledge
- Provides a clear understanding of the menu and regularly suggestively sells items to customers
- Proficient with POS Technology. A drive thru employee can clearly answer POS technology questions; including CFA ONE, gift card and apple pay
