DME Customer Service Rep
Job description
Taking applications for a Customer Service Representative in our Dura Medical Equipment Department in the Atchison, KS location.
Applicants will greet and assist customers on the phone or in person with friendly and courteous customer service to help them with their medical equipment needs.
Responsible for receiving orders from physicians, clients, or other sources, collect and enter the appropriate information into software system and dispense correct item to the customer after all required criteria has been met.
Responsible for ordering merchandise, checking merchandise into inventory, maintaining that inventory and making sure products are stocked for resale.
Must be able to follow policies and adhere to insurance guidelines, possess good communication skills and have computer knowledge. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
Must be able to rotate on an on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies, be able to sit, stand, kneel, bend and lift upwards of 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
