Objective:

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our company and Division Manager. In this position, the Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a department or division within a company. As part of our team, you oversee multiple departments and ensure efficient operations, administration, client and vendor relations, and logistics.

Essential Functions:

• Organizing, planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of the division.
• Evaluate the division's performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Providing technical direction and professional support to division personnel.
• Ensuring that staff members comply with the policies and procedures of the division.
• Working with the financial department to plan and develop your division's monthly budget.
• Reviewing office operations and reporting any issues to senior management.
• Working with the HR department to manage all inter-division disputes and conflicts.
• Applying industry standards and division sanctioned configuration management (CM) principles to assigned projects
• Foster and develop relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals to create new business opportunities
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and equipment maintenance policies
• Visit stores on a regular basis to monitor conditions and compliance assist with local issues
• Direct staff and provide leadership to achieve the goals and vision of the division and the day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• This position requires individuals to be able to drive to their multiple site locations
• Requires light lifting
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position which includes experience in the title industry
• Superior written and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
